These terms apply to your use of lunecloth.com and to every order you place with us. The shop is operated by ONEADS LLC, 8 The Green, Ste B, Dover, DE 19901, United States ("Lunecloth", "we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and prices

We describe and photograph every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look slightly different on different screens. Prices are shown in the currency of the country we ship to (US, Canadian or Australian dollars) and include shipping; sales tax, where it applies, is shown at checkout. We may correct an obvious pricing error before your order ships, and will offer you a full refund if we do.

Orders

An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is no longer available, and will refund you in full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers (card payments by Stripe, and PayPal). We never see or store your full card number.

Use of the site

The site's content, including photographs and text, belongs to Lunecloth and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under applicable law. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
