You can return any item within 30 days of delivery.

Changed your mind

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and have their original tags.
• Email [email protected] with your order number and the items you want to return. We reply with the return address and instructions.
• Return shipping is paid by you. We recommend a tracked service.
• We refund the item price to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the return.

Damaged, faulty or wrong item

Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We refund you in full or send a free replacement, as you prefer. You do not need to send the item back.

Exchanges

For a different size or colour, return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations

You can cancel an order for a full refund until it has shipped. Email us as soon as possible.
