Free standard shipping on every order. We ship to the United States, Canada and Australia.
Delivery times
- Processing: your order leaves our fulfilment partner within 1–2 business days.
- Delivery: 7–10 business days in total from the day you order.
Our pieces ship from our fulfilment partners in China by a tracked service. The estimated delivery dates shown on each product and at checkout already include processing time.
Outside the United States
- Canada: 7–13 business days, prices in CAD.
- Australia: 6–12 business days, prices in AUD.
Free standard shipping applies everywhere we ship. Prices do not include any import duties or taxes your country may charge; if it charges any, the carrier collects them on delivery.
Tracking
When your order ships we email you a tracking number. You can also follow it on our order tracking page.
Delayed or lost parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 15 business days after your order, or tracking stops updating for more than 7 days, email us. If it is lost we send a replacement or refund you in full.
Address changes
Email us as soon as possible. We can change the address until the order has shipped.
