This policy explains how ONEADS LLC ("Lunecloth", "we") handles personal information when you visit lunecloth.com or shop with us.

What we collect

  • Order details: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you ordered.
  • Account details, if you create an account: your email and password (stored only as a secure hash).
  • Newsletter: your email, only if you sign up.
  • Technical data: your IP address, browser and the pages you visit, used to run and protect the site.

Card details are entered with our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal) and never reach our servers.

How we use it

  • To process, ship and support your order, and to send order and shipping emails.
  • To send our newsletter, if you asked for it. Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent fraud.
  • To meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

  • Fulfilment partners and carriers, who receive your name, shipping address and phone number to deliver your order.
  • Payment providers (Stripe, PayPal), to take payment.
  • Service providers that host and protect the site (such as Cloudflare), under contract and only to provide their service.
  • Authorities, where the law requires it.

We do not sell your personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Cookies

We use cookies that the shop needs to work (your bag, checkout and sign-in) and to remember your cookie choices. Any other cookies are used only if you allow them, and you can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie choices" link in the footer.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require (usually up to 7 years). Newsletter subscriptions are kept until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing emails. California residents have these rights under the CCPA/CPRA; we will not treat you differently for using them. Email [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.

Children

The shop is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
